Kindergarten Enrolments

Enrolments packs for Kindergarten 2021 will be available from Term 3 (July 21st 2020) from our school office; information regarding transition and orientation dates will be available in this pack. Our enrolment pack includes all additional forms required for enrolment.

Upon presentation at our school you are required to provide;

-         100 point of Residential ID

-         Birth Certificate (original must be sighted)

-         Immunisation Certificate

-         Court Orders

-         Anaphylaxis/Allergy/Asthma ASCIA plans

-         Health conditions documentation
